Grading

Your builder will leave your site with a "rough grade". Hopefully the site has been graded for drainage. This means that water is going to run away from the house and garage rather than toward it. This is generally the responsibility of the builder. We are happy to help with major grading if your site needs it.
We take the grade the builder leaves and clean it up. We smooth any high or low spots and fill in around any concrete surfaces like sidewalks, patios, or driveways.

As you can see in the pictures this site was fairly rough when we started, but you'll see how we are able to take a rough grade and turn it into an appealing landscape.

The sprinkler system is the next step. There's no need to fine grade or finish grade the site before the sprinklers go in because one would need to do it again afterward.
